Water-activated eyeliner, pearl color. How to use: Add a drop of water on the lid of the product, with a thin eyeliner brush give the brush a couple of turns between the eyeliner until the desired texture is achieved. It should not be too liquid as it will not pigment much, the ideal consistency should be a little thick. Size 4GR.
